Lived Equity Live with David Akosim

David is a social and digital marketing professional with a passion for sports, gaming and entertainment, specialising in youth content. He currently oversees NFL UK’s social content output and leads the Youth Marketing strategy. In addition, David launched the NFL's Black Engagement Network in the London office, and the International Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee. He has become the main figurehead in leading D&I strategy across NFL's International offices, setting up formalised accountability structures, curating educational newsletters, working with Employee Resource groups and creating initiatives specifically addressing the attraction and retainment of Black staff.
